How does Eshwar handicrafts handle returns?

We always highly recommend that you see an item in person before purchasing it, but this is not always possible. Due to the nature and imperfections of antiques, we try to give as many detailed photos as possible on our items. You can always request more photos of any item to help you in your purchase decisions.

Eshwar handicrafts accepts  personal checks, money orders and transfers, but merchandise will not be shipped until the funds have cleared. You must contact us personally to arrange payment and shipment.

Eshwar handicrafts accepts merchandise returns when the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned to us in the same condition it was sent, WITH IN 10 to 20 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.
  • The purchaser notifies Eshwar handicrafts IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT of said merchandise of any damages.
  • The item is packed with the same care and in the same high quality way it was sent.
  • As the purchaser, YOU are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
